IM
LETTERS TERMS:

You can't take pieces of my im letters to
make yours. Included but not limited to: graphics, backgrounds,
templates, etc...

You can't share, sell or offer them on
your site or on groups like Google Groups, IO Groups, etc...
They are for your personal use only!

You can't take the graphics or the templates of my im
letters to make something else than what I created them for without my written authorization. Included but not
limited to: websets, wp themes, sigtags, blinkies, premades, adoptions,
etc... The headers of my im letters are NOT sigtags even if
your name is on them!

You can't take my im letters to make
letters for Outlook, Windows Mail or other programs in that kind
without my written authorization.
- You can't offer or sell them on your site or elsewhere! They are
for your personal use only!

You can't try to reproduce my im letters
and then claim the result as yours! Each im letter takes me time to
make and I don't want to see copies somewhere else!
-
I have the right to ask that you stop
using them if I see that you don't respect the terms of use above!

under the "Email Bundles" category, to the Non-Pixel
IM Letters that you can find in my Linkware stuff and to those offered in my
Members Area.
WEBSETS
& WP THEMES TERMS:

You must keep all credits links where they
are everywhere and everytime you will use them.

You must keep all scripts to protect the
pages and the graphics everywhere and everytime you will use them.

You can't modify them in any way! Included
but not limited to: graphics, layouts, templates, stylesheets,
etc...

You can't create new graphics with mine.
Included but not limited to: email graphics, headers, im
letters, premades, adoptions, sigtags, blinkies, icons,
etc... But you can create logos 88x15, 88x31, 120x60,
etc... in size for an advertising purpose.

You can't take the graphics and the
layouts and/or the templates or my websets and my wp themes to make something
else than what I created them for without my written
authorization. Included but not limited to: im letters,
livejournal layouts, etc...

You must add your site name on the blank
graphics (header, banners, logos...) before to use them! You
can't use my websets or my wp themes with any blank graphics!
If you can't do it yourself, you can email me for help. You can't ask someone else to do it for
you!

You can't use them (or any graphics that
comes with them) on Forums, Blogs, LiveJournal, MySpace, Facebook,
X (formerly Twitter), Skype or on any other social sites in that kind... IT'S A BIG NO-NO!!!

download inside my Members Area...

If you host your graphics on Photobucket, Fotki or any
sites in that kind your graphics must be in a password protected album
or folder. If you can't do this with the service you use, you can't upload
any graphics made with my tubes or lines on these sites!

You can't take my layouts (websets) or the
templates (wp themes) to create your own websets or wp themes.
My layouts and the templates are 100% originals to me or have been purchased with the authorization to use them for profit.

You can't offer or sell them on your site
or elsewhere! They are for your personal use only!

You can't edit the layouts or graphics of my websets
without my written authorization.

You can't use the layouts or the templates of my websets
and my wp themes with your own graphics to make a new webset or a
new wp theme of your creation!

You can't use them to make websites for
others! They are for YOUR personnal use only and they
are for my customers and my members only!

You can't take the graphics of my websets
and create wp themes with them without my written
authorization and you can't do the otherwise either.

You don't have to use all graphics
included in the sets but you can't mix & match them with
other sets I have created or websets of someone else. They can't be used separately!

All websets and wp themes include HTML or PHP and CSS files... They
must be used with the graphics! You can't use the
graphics without the HTML or PHP and CSS files provided
with my websets and my wp themes!

You can't try to reproduce them and then
claim the result as yours! Each webset and each wp theme take me
time to make and I don't want to see copies somewhere else!

I have the right to ask that you remove
all websets and all wp themes from your site or elsewhere and that
you stop using them if I see that you don't respect my terms of
use!
LIVEJOURNAL LAYOUTS TERMS:
- You must add credits for the layout in a free text sidebar. A file with guidelines to help you is included with all layouts!
Notice: As I make my layouts with "Smooth Sailing S2" layout style
only,
your LiveJournal account must ALREADY be setted with a "Smooth Sailing
S2" layout style because this style is now discontinued and no longer
available on LiveJournal.
- You can't modify them in any way! Included but not limited to:
graphics, coding, stylesheet, etc...
- You can't create new graphics with mine. Included but not limited
to: email graphics, headers, im letters, premades, adoptions, sigtags,
blinkies, icons, etc... But you can create logos 88x15, 88x31,

use my purchaseware calendars! So you must give me your URL or your
livejournal username when purchasing.
- You must provide an active link back to
http://littlehoneymoon.net everywhere
and everytime you will use them.
- You can't modify them in any way!
- You can't take them into something else than what I created them
for without my
written authorization. Included but not limited to: im letters, sigtags,
blinkies, icons, premades, adoptions, etc...

- You don't have any good reason to open them in any graphic software
to see how I created them.
- You can use only some of them on LiveJournal but you can use

or any other social sites in that kind... They can only be used as

TERMS:
- You must have a website to purchase premades from my
Galleries. So you must give me your URL and your site name when
purchasing.
I will not sell premades to those who only have a LiveJournal
account or any other site in that kind!

If you also have a LiveJournal account or a
LiveJournal Community, you will can't offer my premades on these sites! IT'S A BIG NO-NO!!!

You must link back to
http://littlehoneymoon.net everywhere and everytime you will offer them.

They will all can't be used on LiveJournal unless otherwise stated.

They can't be used in emails, on Facebook, MySpace, X (formerly Twitter), Skype
or any other other social sites in that kind... They can only be used as
decorations!

You can't sell them on your site or elsewhere but you can offer
them to your visitors or to your members for FREE.

You can't modify my premades and/or the certificates and then
claim the result as yours! Each premade takes me time to make and I don't want
to see copies somewhere else!

You can't add text on the blank premades in any way! IT'S A BIG
NO-NO!!!

I have the right to ask that you remove all premades that you
offer or display on your site or elsewhere and that you stop offering or using
them if I see that you don't respect my terms of use! Your
visitors and your members will also need to be contacted for they
stop to use the premades you offer on your site...
ADOPTIONS
TERMS (linkware):
- You must have a website (or a LiveJournal account) to request adoptions from my
Adoptions Shoppe. So you must give me your URL or your
LiveJournal username when requesting.
- All matching certificates must be linked back to
http://littlehoneymoon.net and they
must be on the same page as the adoptions not on separate credits
page!
- You can use only some of them on LiveJournal but you can use
them all on your personnal website, blog or forum.
- You can't use my adoptions in emails, on Facebook, MySpace,
X (formerly Twitter), Skype or any other social sites in that kind... They
can only be used as
decorations!

When using my adoptions on LiveJournal, you must

- You can't offer or sell them on your site or elsewhere! They are

authorization to offer them on my site for free.
- You can't add text on the blank adoptions in any way! IT'S A BIG
NO-NO!!!
- You can request up to 5 adoptions at a time... Please wait
to receive them before requesting again!
- I have the right to ask that you remove all adoptions that you
display on your site or elsewhere and that you stop using them if I see that
you don't respect my terms of use!
