they will apply even if you don't read them!

TUBING LICENCE TERMS:

• The Tubing Licence (formerly Special Characters Tubing Licence) will allow you to make tubes with all lines I offer inside my Members Area and then offer the tubes on your site for free or for sale. Without this licence, you can only use the lines to make end use graphics like sigtags, im letters, websets, wp themes, premades, adoptions, etc... that you can offer on your site for free or for sale...
• You must have a website to purchase this licence. So you must give me your URL and your site name when purchasing. I will not sell licences to members who only have a LiveJournal account or any other site in that kind...
• If you also have a LiveJournal account or a LiveJournal Community, you will can't offer your tubes on these sites! IT'S A BIG NO-NO!!!
• The licence is valid for 1 person only! Your co-owner will can't offer the tubes on her own separate site.
• You can't use the tubes you will made in a Collab with someone else!
• If you decide to close or to sell your site, your Tubing Licence will be revoked immediately. The new site owner will NOT get your licence in the sale of your site. The AS IS lines and the AS IS tubes are NOT ALLOWED to be included in the sale of your site!
• If you decide to reopen your site at any moment, just contact me and I will reactivate your Tubing Licence.
• You must display your licence on your site with an active link back to http://littlehoneymoon.net. A text link only is NOT allowed! The licence will be active only when it will be up on your site. You will can't offer the tubes on your site as long as the licence is not activated!
• You must display your licence everywhere you will offer your tubes with an active link back to http://littlehoneymoon.net. A text link is also allowed but only if it's to create end use graphics or if your licence can be found in your memberships. i.e. "Click HERE to see my memberships and licences."
• You must also provide an active link back to the original artist who drawn the lines everywhere you will offer the tubes. i.e. "Lines by Museni - Found at Little Honeymoon."
• The link to my site and to the site of the original artist must be on the same page as where you offer the tubes! Not on a credits or memberships page only!
• You can't create tubes that you will offer with an AS IS Licence. Your visitors and your members will NOT be allowed to offer them on their own site!
• The dolls must be fully dressed (with clothes and hair) before to offer them as tubes. You can't offer them naked or as bases but with underwear and hair only is allowed...
• The licence is valid for Lifetime... You will can still make tubes with the lines even if your membership is expired or if I decide to close my site. In that case, you will just need to put the licence with a text like "site closed" instead...
• I have the right to revoke your licence, to ask that you remove all tubes made with the AS IS lines that you offer on your site or elsewhere and that you stop making tubes with them if I see that you don't respect my terms of use! Your visitors and your members will also need to be contacted for they stop to use the tubes made with my AS IS lines...
• All terms under MY TUBES are also applicable to this licence!

PROFIT LICENCE TERMS:

• The Profit Licence will allow you to make websets with all the layouts I offer inside my Members Area and then offer them on your site for free or for sale. Without this licence, you can only use my layouts for your personnal use...
• You must have a website to purchase this licence. So you must give me your URL and your site name. I will not sell licences to members who only have a LiveJournal account or any other site in that kind...
• If you also have a LiveJournal account or a LiveJournal Community, you will can't offer any websets on these sites. My layouts are NOT to make LiveJournal Layouts! IT'S A BIG NO-NO!!!
• The licence is valid for 1 person only! Your co-owner will can't offer websets made with my layouts on her own separate site.
• If you decide to close or sell your site, your Profit Licence will be revoked immediately. The new site owner will NOT get your licence in the sale of your site and will can't offer the websets you previously made...
• If you decide to reopen your site at any moment, just contact me and I will reactivate your Profit Licence.
• You must display your licence on your site with an active link back to http://littlehoneymoon.net. A text link only is NOT allowed! The licence will be activated only when it will be up on your site. You will can't offer your websets on your site as long as the licence is not activated!
• You must display your licence everywhere you will offer your websets with an active link back to http://littlehoneymoon.net.  A text link is allowed only if it's to specify that the licence can be found in your memberships. i.e. "Click HERE to see my memberships and licences." and on the html files of your websets.
• The link to my site must be on the same page! Not on a credits or memberships page only!
• The licence is valid for Lifetime... You will can still offer your websets created with my layouts and make new ones even if your membership is expired or if I decide to close my site. In that case, you will just need to put the licence with a text like "site closed" instead...
• I have the right to revoke your licence, to ask that you remove all websets made with my layouts that you offer on your site or elsewhere and that you stop making profit with them if I see that you don't respect my terms of use! Your visitors and your members will also need to be contacted for they stop to use your websets made with my layouts...
• All terms in my Members Area under the LAYOUTS category are also applicable to this licence!

AS IS AREA MEMBERSHIP TERMS:

• The AS IS Area Membership will allow you to offer all tubes I will make and for which I have an AS IS Tubing Licence. 
• You must have a website to purchase this membership. So you must give me your URL and your site name. I will not accept members who only have a LiveJournal account or any other site in that kind...
• If you also have a LiveJournal account or a LiveJournal Community, you will can't offer my tubes on these sites! IT'S A BIG NO-NO!!!
• The membership is valid for 1 person only! Your co-owner can't offer my tubes on her own separate site.
• If you decide to close or sell your site, your AS IS Area Membership will be revoked immediately. The new site owner will NOT get your access to my AS IS Area in the sale of your site...
• If you decide to reopen your site at any moment, just contact me and I will reactivate your membership.
• You must display your membership licence on your site with an active link back to http://littlehoneymoon.net. A text link only is NOT allowed! The membership will be active only when it will be up on your site. You will can't access to the tubes as long as your membership is not activated!
• You must display your logo everywhere you will offer my tubes with an active link back to http://littlehoneymoon.net. A text link is also allowed but only if it's to create end use graphics or if your licence can also be found in your memberships.
• You can offer my tubes in a password protected area only! You can't offer them in your pixel shoppe or elsewhere!
• You can't offer the flipped version to increase your stats. You can only offer the tubes you downloaded in my AS IS Area. i.e. If a tubes pack contains 200 tubes, you can't offer the flipped tubes you made to provide a pack of 400 tubes to your members...
• You must also provide an active link back to the original artist who drawn the lines everywhere you will offer my tubes. i.e. "Lines by Museni - Tubes by Little Honeymoon."
• The link to my site and to the site of the original artist must be on the same page as where you offer my tubes! Not on a credits or memberships page only!
• You can't rename the filenames or edit the graphics in anyway. You must offer them exactly the way you downloaded them!
• The membership is valid for Lifetime... You will can still offer my tubes even if I decide to close my site. In that case, you will just need to put the logo with a text like "site closed" instead...
• I have the right to revoke your membership, to ask that you remove all tubes that you offer on your site or elsewhere and that you stop offering them if I see that you don't respect my terms of use! Your visitors and your members will also need to be contacted for they stop to use my AS IS tubes or the graphics you or they created with them...
• All terms under MY TUBES are also applicable to this membership!
