terms of use @ little honeymoon

AS IS TUBES TERMS:

• You must use the provided logo with an active link back to http://littlehoneymoon.net everywhere and everytime you will use them. A text link only is also allowed.
• You can't modify them in any way! You can't recolor them but you can flip them and erase some pixels to fit your needs.
• You can't use them to make outlines or other tubes.
• You can't use them to make offline products. Whether free, sale or for your personnal use only! Included but not limited to: scrapbooking items, cliparts, printables, stickers, clothes, dishes, etc...
• You can't just add a name on them and then offer them. You must add at least 2 other elements. Adding only boxes or text is not an original creation!
• You can't use them in any "maker" like a Dolls Maker or a Blinkies Maker. If you don't know if your maker is allowed or not, please ask me before!
• You can use them with Quick Tag or SigMachine but your graphics must have a protective grid on them or be in a password protected area.
• You can use them on LiveJournal but ONLY if the original artists who colored the tubes or drawn the lines ALLOW the usage or their graphics on LiveJournal.
• You can't offer them AS IS on your site or elsewhere and you can't claim that you have colored them yourself.
• You can't share them on groups like Google Groups or IO Groups or any in that kind... ONLY the results of your creations like sigtags, blinkies, im letters, etc... can be shared on these groups!
• You can't try to reproduce them and then claim the result as yours!
• I have the right to ask that you remove all graphics made with my AS IS tubes that you display on your site or elsewhere and that you stop using them if I see that you don't respect my terms of use! Your visitors and your members will also need to be contacted for they stop to use any graphics you created with my AS IS tubes...

• You must color them before using! I mean with shading, only filling them with 1 color is NOT enough!
• You can't color them and offer the results as tubes on your site or elsewhere for free or for sale without to purchase a Tubing Licence from me!
